About The Position

This role is focused on helping ensure our clinic operates smoothly, efficiently, and with a family-centered approach. You will support day-to-day clinic operations, staff coordination, and administrative processes while helping create a positive experience for families receiving services. The Operations Manager – In-Clinic Services blends organization, collaboration, and leadership to help create a seamless experience for both families and staff. At Treetop ABA, we provide compassionate, individualized ABA therapy to children and families across home, clinic, and community settings. We believe meaningful progress begins with strong clinical leadership, collaborative care, and a commitment to helping every child thrive. Requirements

  • Must live within commuting distance of Winston Salem, NC
  • 2+ years of operations, administrative, or healthcare/ABA experience preferred
  • Exceptional organization and customer service skills
  • Strong communication and a flexible, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in overseeing clinic operations, including scheduling and staff workflows
  • Supporting clinical and administrative staff with day-to-day operational needs
  • Partnering with leadership to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Helping ensure families feel supported and communication remains clear and responsive
  • Planning and supporting clinic-based events and initiatives
  • Supporting community outreach and liaison efforts to strengthen local partnerships
