About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our cabinet manufacturing operation from pre-production through installation. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving efficiency, quality, accountability, and customer satisfaction while building the systems and processes needed to support company growth.

Requirements

Proven experience managing pre-production, production, and installation operations.
Strong understanding of cabinet manufacturing processes, shop workflow, and installation.
Experience building and implementing operational systems, workflows, and team accountability measures.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience with Cutrite, CNC equipment, panel saws, edge banders, and related machinery required

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of operations, including pre-production, production, and installation.
Lead and manage shop employees, production teams, and installation crews.
Develop and implement processes, systems, SOPs, and KPIs to improve efficiency and accountability.
Review project drawings, specifications, and cutlists to ensure production readiness.
Coordinate scheduling, materials, labor, and project timelines.
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout manufacturing and installation.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with design, engineering, sales, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Resolve production, installation, and customer service issues as they arise.
Oversee shop equipment, tools, vehicles, and facility operations.
