About The Position
Griswold Home Care for Greater Newport Beach is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead daily operations, support caregivers and clients, and help build a strong, reliable care team. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and wants to grow into a leadership position.
Requirements
- Organized, proactive, and accountable

- Comfortable in both office and field settings
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Motivated by performance and growth
- Active California Home Care Aide registration will be required by start date
- Ability to conduct in home assessments
- Valid driver license and reliable transportation

- Experience in home care, caregiving, or healthcare staffing preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage caregiver scheduling and client coverage
- Conduct in home client assessments and create care plans
- Recruit, onboard, and support caregivers
- Solve staffing challenges and reduce last minute issues

- Support client satisfaction and continuity of care
