As an Operations Manager, you’ll manage building operations at 312 Main and play a key role in driving sales - building and improving the systems, processes, and internal and external partner relationships that support leasing, marketing, and long-term sustainability. You’ll also bring a thoughtful, strategic lens to how we operate - helping refine policies, practices, and processes so they are clear, effective, and aligned with our goals. As part of this work, you’ll regularly look at how we’re performing and identify opportunities to more deeply embed REDI and decolonization principles into the way we make decisions and run our organization. This is a Full-Time, Permanent role based at our 312 Main Street Office.
