Requirements
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role is required.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of hotel management software and operational best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets and expenses, to maximize profitability.
- Lead, train, and mentor staff to ensure high levels of performance and guest satisfaction.
- Analyze guest feedback and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve operational issues and enhance teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
