About The Position

This role is the heartbeat of the local branch, leading a dedicated team of drivers, technicians, and supervisors. The Operations Manager ensures routes run efficiently, customers remain satisfied, and the team returns home safely. It's a dynamic role where problem-solving on the fly and direct leadership impact on the community are key.

Requirements

3-5 years of operational management experience, preferably in waste management, logistics, transportation, or a similarly fast-paced, rugged industry.
Proven ability to earn respect on the shop floor and present clearly in the boardroom.
Management style characterized by empathy, clarity, and accountability.
Strong problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
Comfort with fleet routing software, GPS tracking systems, and the standard Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located.

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
Deep understanding of DOT regulations

Responsibilities

Manage the operational budget (P&L) to reduce costs while maintaining high service levels.
Address complex logistical challenges to ensure client satisfaction.
