The Operations Manager - Site will be responsible for directing company programs and implementing company policy to ensure total compliance with contract duties between company and customer. This role involves planning and developing work schedules, preparing schedules for service personnel, assigning personnel to routes, and inspecting and evaluating the physical condition of the establishment for program compliance (safety, quality, and service). The manager will also conduct quality audits, maintain inventories, investigate new equipment and methods, review customer requests, and implement organization policies and goals. Additionally, the role includes analyzing budget requests, assisting in the promotion of services to develop new markets, inspecting plant and evaluating space utilization, assisting with plans and budgets for modifications, ensuring site budget goals are met, and developing long-range plans. The Operations Manager will coordinate program specifications, compile data for estimates, maintain and report on the financial aspects of the business, and ensure a safe work environment. They will also direct supervisory management, act as a liaison between various parties, maintain contract databases, review correspondence concerning contractors, and establish contact with contractors. The role requires conducting and attending meetings to communicate effectively and assisting with human resource concerns. Some travel is required.
