About The Position
The Department of Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery at USF Health is seeking an Operations Manager to support the continued growth of one of the nation's top-ranked academic ENT programs. This position provides executive-level administrative support to the Department Chair and leadership team, builds and manages the department's marketing and digital communications presence, and drives strategic projects and administrative initiatives. The Operations Manager reports to the Department Administrator and plays a central role in shaping how the department operates, communicates, and presents itself to internal and external audiences. This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.
