The Operations Manager leads and expands our Oil & Gas Automation. This role is responsible for driving revenue by identifying and securing new clients, while nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You’ll oversee all field operations—ensuring cost-effective, safe service delivery—by implementing best practices, optimizing processes, and coordinating with warehouse, purchasing, EHS, and Accounts Receivable teams to meet client requirements and resolve billing or operational issues. As a strategic leader, you will recruit, train, and mentor field staff, develop operational objectives with your team, and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Frequent travel to client sites is required to conduct facility walkthroughs, verify inventory accuracy, and support service delivery excellence.
