Requirements
- Flexible availability based on business needs
- Clean driving record and ability to obtain a Federal Medical Card
- Proven experience in warehouse management and transportation leadership
- Proficient with computers and logistics systems
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and transportation operations to ensure efficient, on-time execution
- Lead with a safety-first mindset; ensure safety protocols are followed and reinforced
- Supervise, coach, and train team members; support team development and performance
- Optimize workflows, troubleshoot issues, and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate supply chain/logistics activities as shipments move in and out
- Collaborate across departments and sites as needed, including travel within IL and surrounding states
