Requirements

  • 3+ years running warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations
  • A track record of getting hourly teams to show up and perform, even when the pace doesn't let up
  • Comfort with WMS tools, handheld scanners, and final mile dispatch — or a fast learner's confidence that you'll pick it up
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Stamina for a shift that moves — lifting up to 50 lbs. and staying on your feet

Responsibilities

  • Picking, packing, routing, dispatching — you're the one making sure it all clicks into place, shift after shift.
  • Build the plan, adjust it on the fly, and make the call when priorities shift mid-shift.
  • Provide real coaching and mentorship to Ops Leads and hourly associates.
  • Train people up, mentor them through the tough days, and run huddles and handoffs that keep everyone aligned.
  • Ensure SOPs are followed and stick.
  • Keep an eye on accuracy, partner with site leadership on improvements, and keep the warehouse running safe, clean, and organized.
  • Be the first on the scene when something breaks on the floor, and know when to solve it yourself or loop in the Site Lead or GM.
  • Keep everyone in the loop, up and down the chain, without the noise.
