About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and elevate our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will drive performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This position is ideal for a strong leader with automotive assembly experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a solid understanding of quality systems and lean manufacturing. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in automotive manufacturing or assembly environments preferred
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong technical and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Champion a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with PPE, safety standards, and lockout/tag out procedures
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and integrity aligned with company values
• Lead, develop, and execute operational strategies focused on safety, quality, delivery, and lean systems
• Collaborate closely with plant leadership, production scheduling, and sales to align operations with customer demand
• Anticipate operational challenges and implement proactive solutions to maintain performance
• Ensure execution of standardized work, including 5S, quality processes, maintenance, and daily management routines
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and remove barriers that impact performance
• Monitor and enhance cross-functional support services, including IT, HR, Finance, and Accounting
• Build and develop high-performing teams through hiring, coaching, training, and succession planning
• Prioritize and resolve operational issues based on business impact and present resource needs to leadership
• Lead by example with strong communication, accountability, and a positive team-focused mindset
• Perform additional duties as needed to support business objectives
