Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience serving as a Facility Manager for a DoD organization or certified as a Level II DAU level II Facility Engineer.
  • Proficient in MS Project with experience in developing program schedules for Facility Related Projects.
  • Complete PMT 0160 or at least 1 year of experience developing facility project cost estimates.
  • At least 1 years of experience in planning and managing VIP events for DoD and Military senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
  • Knowledgeable of DoD Government Purchase Card Operation procedures and associated policies.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance.
  • Must have at least 36 months experience, education or training in program or managerial experience in a type of work or a combination of functions directly related to the position to be filled or in comparable work or functions.
  • Resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at performing duties such as: 1) coordinating and/or leading a wide variety of complex and/or major work requirements associated with surveying, inspecting, programming, scoping, estimating, designing, monitoring, reviewing, and managing facilities sustainment, repair and maintenance, construction projects, and service contracts.
  • Resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at performing duties such as: 2)interacting, via meetings or virtual meetings, with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues of facilities job status, priorities, milestones, tracking procedures and schedules to eliminate conflicts and facilitate timely project completion.
  • Resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at performing duties such as: 3) applies knowledge/experience in facilities planning, programming and funding, such as maintenance execution, maintenance action, and long range maintenance plans (to assess and advise supported clients on feasibility of their requirements.
  • Broad, comprehensive knowledge of duties concerned with concepts, supervision, and management of facility administration in the planning, design, and construction of major structures and facilities with expertise in space utilization, building environmental systems, fire and security systems, masonry and reinforced concrete construction, roofing systems, energy management, and pavement construction and ability to determine deficiencies and prepare scopes of work for repair.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as a Facility Manager for a DoD organization or certified as a Level II DAU level II Facility Engineer.
  • Reviewing customer requests for emergency/urgent/routine service and project work, induct into tracking database, and capturing all pertinent data.
  • Using information from the customer and management tools to determine the importance of the service work or project relative to financial and mission factors.
  • Identify, tracking, mitigating, and managing risk and issues in a formal repository.
  • Developing program schedules for Facility Related Projects.
  • Developing facility project cost estimates.
  • Planning and managing VIP events for DoD and Military senior leaders.
  • Serving as master of ceremonies, developing and staffing Letter of Instructions in support of events, coordinating the execution of at least 5 VIP events for DoD senior leaders.
  • Reviewing and verifying required protocols are performed.
  • Simultaneously track and report the progress of at least ten projects using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Performing Market Research using GSA eTools.
  • Coordinating and/or leading a wide variety of complex and/or major work requirements associated with surveying, inspecting, programming, scoping, estimating, designing, monitoring, reviewing, and managing facilities sustainment, repair and maintenance, construction projects, and service contracts.

  • Entering work orders into SANG 127th iEMS Work Order System.
