The position also includes HR duties such as hiring compliance and injury reporting, assisting the Branch Manager with budgets by providing labor reports and payroll data, ensuring necessary supplies and tools are available, assisting with tag jobs, and conducting building inspections after normal business hours. Additionally, the Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring completion of floor care or assisting floor technicians.
