About The Position
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations while driving process improvement, efficiency, and team performance. This role combines floor leadership across inventory management, logistics, and team development. The ideal candidate is both operationally strong and highly analytical—someone who is a strong leader and manager, who can implement best practices, and lead a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Must be strong with KPI's and best practices. In office full time
Requirements
- 5+ years of warehouse or operations management experience
- Experience in luxury, high-end goods.
- Experience with furniture, or textiles preferred
- Proven track record of hands-on leadership and team development
- Strong experience with inventory systems, shipping platforms, and KPI reporting tools
- Ability to manage teams across multiple locations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with logistics and white-glove delivery services preferred
- Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment (ability to lift up to 50 lbs)
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
