About The Position

Window Nation is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead their Installation Services team in Charleston, SC. This role involves overseeing daily branch operations, developing high-performing teams, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer installation experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about leading people, improving processes, managing business performance, and driving operational excellence within a fast-paced, growing home remodeling company.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of operations or service industry experience
  • 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams
  • 3+ years managing branch financials and P&L performance
  • Experience improving operational efficiency and process execution
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

  • Experience managing installation, construction, or field service operations
  • Experience recruiting and managing subcontractors or independent installers
  • Knowledge of residential construction, window/door installation, or building codes
  • Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or CRM experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead all daily installation operations for the branch
  • Manage installation schedules, workflow, and operational efficiency
  • Drive branch profitability while managing expenses and budgets
  • Own branch P&L performance and margin improvement initiatives
  • Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements
  • Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team members
  • Recruit, onboard, and maintain appropriate staffing levels
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Regional Leadership to ensure seamless project execution
  • Improve installation quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify operational challenges, determine root causes, and implement long-term solutions
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, licensing, and safety requirements
  • Help standardize best practices across the region
