Pinnacle Live is a premium, in-house AV partner that elevates live event expectations for people and venues. They provide bespoke AV solutions for in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings and live events, empowering their team to tackle tough challenges and deliver unforgettable hospitality and live event experiences. The Operations Manager will assist the Venue Director with the overall daily operational management of the venue, focusing on event execution and team development. This includes the timely set up, operation, and removal of audio visual related equipment according to company standard operating procedures, personnel management, equipment maintenance and logistics, and ensuring the utmost in guest service and client satisfaction.
