Responsibilities

• Drive company growth through innovative strategies and strong leadership.
• Inspire and manage a team, delegating effectively to maximize productivity.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that tell our story and connect with customers.
• Build relationships that drive sales of meat products and curated boxes.
• Oversee the company’s Profit & Loss statement and ensure financial health.
• Spend approximately 30% of time in-store; remaining time focused on strategic initiatives such as researching and purchasing for the store, event planning, seasonal planning and staff management.
• Work closely with current owners for mentorship on scaling the business.
• Leverage accounting and HR support provided by ownership.
