Operations Manager (Non-Complex)
About The Position
The Operations Manager role involves initiating and directing community outreach programs, ensuring compliance with company policies, providing supervision and development for associates, and driving the financial performance of the facility. This role requires modeling exceptional customer service, coordinating job-related activities, and upholding company values and standards of ethics and integrity. Requirements
- 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.

- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
Responsibilities
- Initiates, directs, and participates in community outreach programs.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates.
- Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards.
- Assists store manager in driving the financial performance of the Facility.
- Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Creates a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected through a culture of belonging.
