About The Position

Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling! This Operations Manager position partners with various departments to ensure timely and accurate loading of all distribution equipment. The role involves collaborating to build weekly/monthly volume and demand planning forecasts to coordinate volume forecasts with the logistics and supply chain team. This role will manage the execution of day-to-day distribution center operations, assisting in the selection, supervision, and development of the DC team. You will establish the analysis of daily/weekly KPIs and maintain collaborative relationships with all departments to achieve goals and provide customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager ensures the safeguard and security of company assets, as well as teamwork and alignment to guarantee a culture of synergy and transparency. Experience with SAP, Dematic/ProTrack, Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) and/or GreenMile applications is also expected. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with 8 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience OR High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 11 plus years of specific experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience.
Experience with SAP, Dematic/ProTrack, Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) and/or GreenMile applications.
