The Operations Manager is responsible for all physical operations at a branch level. All field employees report to the Operations Manager. This role assists the Branch Manager in planning and executing day-to-day branch operations, ranging from scheduling employees to procuring and maintaining rental equipment, completing essential documentation, and assisting with billing for work performed.
