About The Position

Corky Pest Control is seeking an Operations Manager to lead its pest control team, oversee daily operations and staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role focuses on operational efficiency and quality service. The manager will work across varied settings, including offices, homes, and schools, and travel to meet clients, evaluate work, and support specialists and technicians. Requirements

• Proven management experience in a retail or service environment.
• Strong negotiation and team management skills.
• Knowledge of retail math, sales, and inventory management.
• Experience with payroll and budgeting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• State-mandated license from the Pest Control Board required.
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses within 90 days.
• Three years of driving experience required.
• Three years of management experience required.
• Three years of customer service experience required.
• Driver license required.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Two to five years of pest control experience preferred.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure outstanding customer service.
• Guide staff in operational matters and manage the team.
• Manage financial performance and revenue growth.
• Travel to meet clients and support specialists.
• Conduct client visits and field inspections.
• Train staff on new techniques and products.
• Manage projects such as fumigation and large accounts.
• Submit reports as needed.
• Assist technicians with pest issues.
