PrimaryOne Health is currently seeking a Operations Manager for our Columbus Health Center.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Care or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' management experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual ability is desired.
  • Two years of management experience in health care preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manages daily office operations at the health center and coordinates the work activities for all staff assigned.
  • Ensures provisions of safe, high-quality of patient care by the staff.
  • Ensures proper implementation of PrimaryOne Health policies and procedures.
  • Evaluates performance and recommends promotions, and disciplinary actions for all health center staff.
  • Ensures that office space, supplies, equipment, and assistance are provided and maintained appropriately for medical staff and patient care.
  • Ensures all business functions are operative and that all processes are effectively and efficiently in place.
  • Reviews processes and makes recommendations to CNHC leadership for improvement.
  • Ensures the operational goals for the health center are in line with the organizations goals.
  • Ensures health center operates within the context of an established budget.
  • May perform clinical duties as necessary with appropriate licensure.
  • Attendance, promptness, professionalism, the ability to pay attention to detail, cooperativeness with co-workers and supervisors, and politeness to customers, vendors, and patients.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Other duties or special projects as assigned.
