We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to help lead our assisted living communities—creating a warm, welcoming, and safe home where residents and staff flourish. As a key leadership partner to the Executive Director, you will foster a culture that feels welcoming, supportive, and resident-centered, build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and the community, motivate, coach, and develop staff to deliver exceptional care, promote teamwork, open communication, and high morale, ensure outstanding customer service and resident satisfaction, listen, respond, and resolve concerns with care and professionalism, help manage staffing, training, and regulatory compliance, maintain a safe, clean, and attractive community environment, work with marketing and wellness teams to welcome new residents, and support outreach efforts and community engagement.
