Requirements
- 3+ years of experience
- Can organize documents, effectively communicate, and find solutions to issues in a professional manner
- Know (or are willing to learn) about ABA therapy
- HIPAA knowledge
- Remote team experience
Responsibilities
- Lead and support our Behavior Technicians (BTs) and admin team
- Manage daily operations-scheduling, inventory, facilities, and more
- Partner with HR for training and staff development
- Track performance, budgets, and KPIs
- Handle caregiver concerns and team communication
- Plan community events and team culture initiatives
- Onboard new hires and ensure policy compliance
- Report to the Director of ABA Services
Benefits
- $60,000-$70,000/year + annual bonus
- Weekdays only (M-F, 8am-5pm) - no weekends!
