Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- 5+ years of terminal operations experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management tools.
Responsibilities
- Manages the daily terminal operations to ensure all operations are running efficiently.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Monitors terminal and employee operations to meet and exceed service level agreements.
- Audits current operations and finds areas of improvement.
- Oversees the maintenance and repairs of the terminal's fleet management assets.
- Creates and presents status reports to leadership on terminal operations.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
- Strategically allocates resources to meet operational requirements.
