Requirements

  • Active pest control license in Structural Pest Control and Mosquito Control
  • Proven experience in operations management, sales, leadership, or similar role
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs
  • Must be able to provide references from previous employers

Nice To Haves

  • Continuing education credits for pest control
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years' experience in a related field

Responsibilities

  • Generate and grow sustainable revenue for the Company through operational efficiency, developing a team, optimizing customer retention, and ensuring the execution of revenue-generating activities.
  • Achieve the targeted revenue across mosquito control, pest control, and holiday lighting services by year-end 2025.
  • Maintain a consistent revenue intake per week during the peak operational period.
  • Ensure a steady workforce of full-time in-field technicians throughout the active season.
  • Reach the set annual revenue target for holiday lighting services by year-end.
  • Generate additional revenue by achieving a targeted percentage of upsell conversions.
  • Maintain a strong sales conversion rate to optimize new business acquisitions.
  • Operate within the allocated budget as defined in the Profit and Loss projections.
  • Drive growth and operational success by achieving key performance benchmarks.
