About The Position

This opening is for an Operations Manager I to provide customer solutions Help Desk support for the Content and Event Warehouses. The candidate will be responsible for resolving end user help desk tickets and for escalating issues to Developers. Additional responsibilities include reviewing system logs for errors, responding to user tickets requesting new features or complaints about performance, and educating users and other help desks on how the system works. #MDFSP

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph is required
  • Five (5) years or more of relevant experience with these tasks
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Experience with JIRA ticketing system and Confluence

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree in a technical field is highly desired which will be considered equivalent to two (2) years of experience. A master’s degree in a technical field will be considered equivalent to four (4) years of experience. NOTE: A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar degree will be considered as a technical field.
