About The Position

Facility Operations Managers ensure the safe, efficient, and effective operations of in our blending facilities. They provide direct management of facility employees and are accountable for fostering a team environment through effective and appropriate communication. They are responsible for maintaining all standards in accordance with safety, quality, inventory, and productivity levels as well as providing leadership to meet facility goals and objectives. The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Facility #4311, located at: 9203 Sutton Place, Hamilton, OH 45011. Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and vendors.
