About The Position

The Operations Manager role involves initiating, directing, and participating in community outreach programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing supervision and development opportunities for associates. This role also focuses on driving financial performance, coordinating job-related activities, and upholding company values and standards of ethics and integrity. The Operations Manager is expected to build high-performing teams, foster a culture of belonging, and act with integrity in all aspects of their work. They will serve customers and members by delivering results and making data-driven decisions, and strive for excellence by embracing continuous improvement and new technologies.

Requirements

2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
