About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to support the Managing Partner and the firm in driving operational excellence, improving internal processes, and ensuring seamless day-to-day execution across the organization. This role plays a critical part in enabling the sales function to perform at its highest level by providing structure, and consistent operational support.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • 3 - 4 years of experience in operation management or similar fields.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and productivity tools.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously while supporting multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.
  • Collaborative, with the ability to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Managing Partner to execute strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Prepare reports, analysis, and summaries to support informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate key deadlines, and communication across teams to ensure alignment.
  • Take ownership of operational tasks that help the Managing Partner stay focused on high-level priorities.
  • Develop, document, and improve internal processes to support scalable growth.
  • Maintain oversight of cross-department workflows, ensuring deadlines and standards are met.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and operational resources as needed.
  • Track KPIs, operational metrics, and performance indicators, delivering regular updates to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational best practices.
  • Evaluating and approving due diligence reports and being a signing authority.
