Our Operations Team is responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of our schools outside of curriculum and instruction. The Operations Manager leads the school's daily operations, which includes managing the school's office, Operations Assistants, Operations Associates, Food Service Coordinator and Bus Attendants. The Operations Manager must demonstrate high levels of professionalism and urgency with all parties, excellent organization skills, consistency and reliability, and most importantly, grace under pressure. The Operations Manager will lead the Operations Team to ensure quality in the following areas: Compliance Technology Facilities Student Enrollment & Recordkeeping Purchasing School Programs & Logistics School-wide events for Staff and/or scholars Food Service & Transportation Test Administration Data Systems Management Team Development

Requirements

Experience working with children
Experience in operations at a charter school
Undergraduate degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0
Alignment to Classical Charter School’s mission and approach
High expectations and rigor
Excellent work ethic
Strong presence with students and staff
