Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting
  • 3+ years of proven success in leadership roles
  • 3+ years in an operations manager role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment when making decisions
  • Customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families, and other care providers
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to delegate tasks as needed
  • Ability to spend extended periods of time sitting at a desk

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the operations leader for 6 clinic locations in the LA County/San Fernando Valley area, responsible for all day-to-day operations to ensure safe and effective patient care.
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA regulatory standards, all safety protocols, and HIPAA compliance for patient privacy.
  • Manage direct reports including supervisors, front and back-office staff, ensuring assigned clinic locations perform at or above defined operational, quality, and financial metrics.
  • Live and exemplify TOI core values, providing outstanding customer service and promoting a positive experience for patients and staff members.
  • Partner in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff members.
  • Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals.
  • Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed.
  • Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity.
  • Act as a liaison between patients, their families, and additional care staff.
  • Plan and manage the clinic's budget and approve payroll.
  • Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws.
  • Supervise all clinicians and non-clinician teammates at assigned locations, ensuring proper completion of daily responsibilities.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations for all direct reports and review evaluations for indirect reports.
