About The Position

Supports and manages the development and implementations of programs, initiatives, and activities that drive the operational and financial performance of the Company’s property management portfolio, and works with real estate operators and the business and functional leaders to introduce and sustain best practices and process improvements at the property level. This role serves as a connector between strategy and execution standardizing processes, supporting site teams, and ensuring every property in the portfolio meets Greystar's operational and financial performance standards. This is a high-visibility role with meaningful cross-functional reach, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment and brings both analytical rigor and a solution-centric approach to the business. This role will work alongside key leaders and stakeholders within the Southern California portfolio reporting directly to the Senior Director of Talent, Operations & Performance Strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years’ experience onsite as Community Manager (or similar role).
  • Ability to interpret data and key performance indicators to drive operational efficiency at portfolio-level.
  • Prior experience and proficiency in Yardi and Onesite.
