The Operations Manager is responsible for leading daily operations, driving operational excellence, and ensuring exceptional guest and team member experiences. This role oversees multiple operational departments, develops leaders, and implements strategies that improve efficiency, security operations, transportation flow, emergency preparedness, and service standards. As a key leader, the Operations Manager partners with senior leadership to support long-term planning, continuous improvement, and successful execution of day-to-day operations. This role also serves as Manager on Duty (MOD) on a rotating basis, providing leadership presence and operational oversight during evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
