The Operations Manager - Superintendent serves as a key delivery leader within Construction Services, responsible for the setup, execution, and oversight of multiple client project sites. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high quality delivery aligned with contractual and operational expectations while driving consistency and performance across all active sites. The Operations Manager - Superintendent provides leadership and direction to field leadership roles, such as foremen or leads, and is accountable for optimizing operational execution, cost efficiency and overall delivery outcomes. The Operations Manager - Superintendent partners closely with Business Development and clients throughout presale and post award phases to design site execution strategies, mobilize projects, and lead ongoing operations. The position plays a critical role in building and scaling Aerotek Services' Construction capabilities across multiple locations, partnering with senior practice and business development leaders to support growth, strengthen client relationships, and deliver operational excellence.
