Manage continuous development to dashboards and Power BI visuals to improve reporting processes both to internal and external stakeholders. Deliver a high-availability operations environment aligned to service level agreements (24/7 uptime, response times, and performance targets). Develop and execute tactical and strategic plans for processing operations, including continuous improvement initiatives. Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing processing team, including hiring, training, and performance management. Oversee disaster recovery, backup processes, and cost center budgets, ensuring operational resilience and financial accountability.
