About The Position

Oversee a team responsible for analyzing and proactively identifying fraudulent transactions using data-driven techniques, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling. Continuously measure and improve merchant fraud portfolios performance through reducing false positives while maintaining high detection rates. Manage continuous development to dashboards and Power BI visuals to improve reporting processes both to internal and external stakeholders. Deliver a high-availability operations environment aligned to service level agreements (24/7 uptime, response times, and performance targets). Develop and execute tactical and strategic plans for processing operations, including continuous improvement initiatives. Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing processing team, including hiring, training, and performance management. Oversee disaster recovery, backup processes, and cost center budgets, ensuring operational resilience and financial accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of processing operations, administration, controls, and all processing phases.
  • Experience leading teams, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI.
  • Extensive knowledge of big data handling and projects.
