About The Position

The RN Operations Manager of Franciscan manages the operations of multiple practices, for compliance, support services, materials management, and financial management. This role, also, provides direct support to providers working with assigned practices. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing - Required
  • 3 years Nursing - Required
  • Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board - Required
  • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree Nursing - Preferred
  • 3 years Physician Office or Inpatient Management - Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manages the operations of multiple practices, for compliance, support services, materials management, and financial management.
  • Provides direct support to providers working with assigned practices.
  • Provides operational oversight across multiple cardiology subspecialties and/or practice sites.
  • Partners closely with the Practice Manager HOPD to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality patient care delivery while maintaining consistency in clinical workflows, clinical practice and care coordination.
  • Works under the direction of the Operations Director HOPD to drive performance, standardize workflows and execute strategic initiatives that improve access, quality and financial outcomes.
