Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in operations, project management, or process improvement.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to translate strategy into execution.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in multi-site operations (healthcare an asset).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and communicate operational initiatives clearly across clinics.
  • Maintain and improve operational procedures and SOPs.
  • Lead deployment of new tools, processes, and operational changes.
  • Ensure initiatives are understood, adopted, and properly executed.
  • Support pilot projects and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with departments including Clinical, IT, HR, and Finance.
  • Lead and support a team of Operations Coordinators.
  • Prioritize and manage operational requests from leadership.
