About The Position

Lead One of Our Largest Lockbox Operations. Join the Wholesale Lockbox team and lead a high-volume payment processing operation at our St. Paul site. In this key leadership role, you'll oversee a team of managers, ensure critical production deadlines are met within a 24-hour service commitment, and drive operational excellence across multiple locations. You'll partner with leaders across the business to improve processes, increase efficiency, and deliver exceptional service while fostering an engaging, high-performing culture. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically five or more years of relevant experience
• Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services supported by the assigned area(s)
• Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations
• Thorough knowledge of applicable products, programs, financial analysis and related documentation as applicable
• Good organizational, managerial and project management skills
• Well-developed customer relations skills
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent supervisory and management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
