Operations Manager - Industrial Scaffolding
About The Position
The Operations Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of industrial services operations across multiple client sites. The role provides strategic and operational leadership to field teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with company, client and regulatory requirements. The position acts as the key link between senior leadership, clients and operational teams, driving performance, operational excellence, safety culture and continuous improvement across the business. The successful candidate will be a visible operational leader who combines strong commercial awareness with a relentless focus on safety, people and delivery. They will build high-performing teams, foster strong client relationships and drive operational excellence across the business.
Requirements
- Significant operational leadership experience within industrial services, scaffolding, construction, engineering, utilities or a related environment.
- Experience managing large operational teams across multiple locations.
- Proven track record of delivering operational and commercial performance.
- Strong client and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience leading safety-focused organisations.
- Budget and P&L responsibility experience.
- Health & Safety qualification.
- Full driving licence.
