About The Position

Suburban Drywall is seeking a Scaffolding Maintenance Technician. The Scaffolding Maintenance Technician will be responsible for safely loading, transporting, assembling, dismantling, and organizing scaffolding materials at job sites.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to carry up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous construction or scaffolding experience preferred (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Load and unload scaffolding materials from trucks
• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and according to company standards and OSHA regulations.
• Inspect scaffolding for damage, defects, or missing parts before and after they are used.
• Assist with material inventory and track equipment usage
• Maintain clean and safe work areas during set-up and tear-down
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work closely with other team members to meet deadlines
• Perform other duties as assigned to support field operations.
• Oversee material needed at job sites
• Deliver scaffolding to multiple job sites
