This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear path to Operations Manager. We're looking for driven, outgoing individuals ready to lead a team and grow fast.
Requirements
- 1+ years in management, logistics, sales, or dispatch
- 21+ years of age with a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Lead and train a team of drivers and crew members
- Oversee daily junk removal operations
- Close sales with residential and commercial customers on-site
- Track performance metrics and improve service quality
- Manage equipment, inventory, and compliance
- Work in the field alongside your team as needed
