This training program includes mentorship and leadership development, preparing trainees to manage various store operations such as associates, sales, customer service, safety, product availability, store presentation, and profitability. Trainees will learn to oversee key areas including the Customer Service Desk, Receiving, Tool Rental, Order Fulfillment, Lot Loaders, and the Back Office. They will collaborate with store leadership to develop and implement strategies for sales and profitability, create departmental game plans, and ensure smooth operations, all while leading by example and upholding company policies.
