About The Position

The MIT (Manager in Training) program at MOM's provides a structured and supported framework to grow future leaders within the company. This program offers professional development through quality training, consistent feedback, and coaching. As a MOM's leader, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the store environment, enhance the customer experience, and influence the company's future direction. The program emphasizes leadership training, with an Individual Development Plan (IDP) formulated to set learning goals and track progress through regular check-ins. Mastering essential tasks like ordering and schedule writing will be a key part of your development. The program typically lasts 12 months, but can be shorter based on experience. Trainees will likely work in at least two stores to gain experience with different sales volumes, management styles, and unique store challenges. A commute of up to an hour is expected due to store proximity.
