This position is responsible for driving and implementing the business plan for their area of responsibility to achieve facility goals in production, quality, and safety. The role involves forecasting staffing, workload, and performance results to meet business demands. The Operations Manager will monitor and ensure compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, and procedures. They will identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns. A key aspect of the role is supervising and managing associates and leaders, providing direction, monitoring performance, offering feedback, and identifying training and development needs. This includes teaching, supporting, and modeling company policies and procedures, as well as participating in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates and leaders. The role emphasizes building high-performing teams, embracing diversity, creating a culture of belonging, and empowering associates to thrive. It also involves working collaboratively, communicating effectively, attracting and retaining talent, and acting with integrity and transparency, upholding Walmart's values and commitment to becoming a regenerative company.
