This position drives and implements the business plan for their area of responsibility to achieve facility goals in production, quality, and safety, while also implementing operational improvements. The role involves forecasting staffing, workload, and performance results to meet business demands. The Operations Manager prepares, reviews, and analyzes business reports to identify operational improvements and ensures compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, and procedures. They resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns, and supervise and manage associates and leaders by giving direction, monitoring performance, providing feedback, identifying training needs, and offering learning opportunities. This role also involves teaching, supporting, and modeling company policies and procedures, and participating in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates and leaders.
