About The Position

A rare opportunity to lead, grow, and leave your mark. This isn't a role where you manage a checklist and report upward. This is a career-defining opportunity to step into a leadership position at a company that is scaling fast — and to grow right alongside it. As Operations Manager, you'll own a critical piece of our fabrication business, build a high-performing team, and earn a seat at the leadership table. USA Industrials is the data-driven industrial manufacturing and distribution platform of Newbury Franklin, a private equity firm built on long-term holdings. Our team is made up of growth-oriented professionals who thrive on making a direct impact — people who are hungry, collaborative, and serious about delivering results. We're building an industrial powerhouse through organic expansion and strategic acquisitions, which means real career growth for people who want to grow with us. As our Operations Manager, you'll lead all fabrication activities, manage and develop a team, drive process improvements, and help align day-to-day operations with our broader strategic goals. More than running operations, this role is about building — your team, our systems, and your own leadership career. You'll have direct exposure to senior leadership and company-wide initiatives from day one.
