Requirements

Experience leading fabrication and/or welding operations
Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people
Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of production scheduling, workflow management, and shop operations
Continuous improvement mindset with experience driving efficiency
Commitment to safety, quality, and doing things the right way

Responsibilities

Leading daily fabrication and welding operations to keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Driving continuous improvement by finding smarter, better ways to work.
Coaching, mentoring, and developing a hardworking team while creating a culture of accountability and success.
Managing resources, equipment, workflow, and scheduling to maximize productivity.
Championing quality, safety, and craftsmanship in everything we do.
Partnering with estimating, project management, and leadership teams to deliver exceptional results for our customers.
