About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and improve the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business. This role will be responsible for managing processes, coordinating teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and helping drive business growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar management role
- Strong team leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, inventory, and fulfillment processes
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Data-driven and highly detail-oriented
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations, fulfillment, inventory, and order management
- Improve processes, efficiency, and overall customer experience
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, customer service, and other departments
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions
- Ensure company procedures and standards are consistently followed
